The malignant lymphoma of breast, bilaterality, lymphoblastic type are extremely rare, their being reported small percentage.
The clinical features include fever, anemia, stony hard mass of both breasts, chest pain and no palpalpable axillary node.
The outstanding pathological features of the disease are diffuse infiltration of large lymphob-lastic cells including mitosis but no stain of reticulum cell by special stain.
The clinical course is rapidly, progressively aggressive disease and average duration of sympto-matic onset is 2-3 weeks. The treatment is usually´ of no avail of on avail.
The case, reported here, was unusual in that the patient manifested leukemoid like symptom initially, the diagnosis was confirmed by the pathohistologic findings of opening biopsy with enaming frozen section and in that the patient treated simple mastectomy by combined chemo-therapy.
The patient eventually died without significant prolongation of survival time. A brief review-of the literature was presented.
